One of my tier 2 commercial building clients are currently seeking an estimator to join their experienced team. As a commercial builder they are looking for a passionate and engaging individual who is willing to grow with the company and tender on a range of projects up to $50m in value. They have quickly become a builder of choice in the Perth market & your role will be an instrumental part of the growth within the business
The Role...
- A mid-tier new age construction company who pride themselves on their professional and customised service
- A close knit working environment specialising on projects up to $50m in both the public and private sector, from health care refurbishments to apartment complexes
- They have delivered a broad portfolio of work and will continue to expand their capability into new territory
- Work alongside a small Estimating team and help to develop & grow the business
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; Construction Management & Economics/Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Construction
- Previous Estimating experience on commercial projects $1-50m
- Local experience and developed relationships with consultants, clients, sub contractors and suppliers is essential
- Ability to estimate from first principles and come up with different procurement & delivery methods that are going to offer unique cost saving options to the client
