Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out Perth
TRS Resourcing is sourcing and screening for a suitably qualified Project Manager for Client-side commercial fit-out works based Melbourne Metro Area.
Our client has a modern, prime located office based in the Northern Suburbs of the Perth Metro Area. They require an eager Project Manager that can run different types of commercial fit outs such as Medical, Offices and Education projects. These fit outs will range from small re-fits to substantial multi-million dollars builds.
The ideal candidate will hold a trade qualification in carpentry or university degree in construction and be already heavily involved with the fit-out sector as a Project Manager.
The duties of this role will include:
- Monitoring of construction progress and quality
- Ensure project milestones are met, and quality is maintained.
- Overseeing staff & sub-contractors
- Liaise directly with the end client
- Develop project timelines and budget
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Experience in effectively dealing with issues that arise from working in a live environment
- Ensuring our clients OH&S onsite standards are always upheld.
- You must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Project Manager within commercial fit out.
