Your experience within this space will allow you to create and polish any required policies and procedures not already in place and thus provide an environment where further growth is inevitable. Supported by the company directors you will use your ability to manage relationships both internally and externally to lead your project teams and continue the growth within your market. 
You will be responsible for the implementation of strategic business plans to promote growth and further strengthen relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.

Project types - Values up to $10mil:

• Commercial
• Education 
• Health 

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will require the following experience:

• Project Management background and have a minimum of 10 years in Melbourne's commercial construction market.
• Previous experience working on projects including Aged care, Education, Commercial 
• Proven track record in the management of significant large new build projects within residential and the commercial sectors
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage different personalities
• Degree qualification in Building Construction
