Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop full base BOQ’s for project costing.
• Maintain and improve existing BOQ’s
• Create sales estimation to assist sales team
• Cost analysis on new projects.
• Coordinate with construction team in regard BOQ changes and improvements.
• Generate PO’s, authorise invoicing, monitor budget, etc
• Compiling preliminary pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projects
• Prepare tenders, assist with pricing requests and generate accurate base costs for projects
• Sourcing and liaising with suppliers
• Working autonomously alongside Drafters and Site Supervisors

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years with a residential construction experience in estimating in Australia
• Knowledge of the BCA codes and council requirements
• Ideally you will have experience of working on Townhouses and Medium Density projects
• Experience in Cubit, Databuild and excel 
• Innovative approach to problem solving
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
• English language literacy and fluency is essential
• Intensive experience in interpretation of working drawings, details and engineering.
