An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Services Engineer who is seeking a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders. We have recently secured multiple large developments across Sydney and the need for a top-class Services professional is imminent.
  
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating the building services components and associated works of large building projects, mainly based around the Sydney metropolitan area. You will assist the project teams in understanding and solving services issues and you will also contribute to business development activities throughout the conversion process. This role will cover multiple projects concurrently.
  
The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a relevant degree i.e. Building, Mech Eng or other service related
• Min 5-years’ experience in a construction related role with services exposure
• Previous experience working with a 1st or 2nd tier building contractor
• Demonstrated understanding of the building code of Australia
• Consistent and loyal tenure with past employers
