ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company specialises in the delivery of Commercial Office, Educational and Hospitality projects. Due to their strong Client relationships and strong emphasis on time, cost and quality, this company has secured a strong pipeline.
    
ABOUT THE POSITION.
    
Reporting to the Project Manager, as a Site Manager / Supervisor you will commence employment delivering a commercial office fitout and lobby refurbishment valued at $1.3M in Surry Hills. You will be heavily involved in managing and guiding the site team to ensure projects are completed at the highest quality. You may be required to work rotating shifts mixed with days, weekends and nights.
    
DUTIES.

• Manage site safety, WHS
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Manage the construction programming
• Ensure time restraints are adhered to
• Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
• Liaise with Clients and Consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Experience as a Supervisor on commercial office fitout projects
• Trade or Tertiary Qualified in a Building related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel
• Strong understanding of WHS and site safety
