About the role

Tempo is a leading provider of Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation services across the Resources, Power, Industrial, Commercial and Asset Management sectors within Australia.

Due to ongoing works, we require applications from experienced, highly motivated and proactive Mechanical Fitting Supervisors for material handling and plant upgrades 11/3 roster pattern DIDO from Perth, available for an immediate start.

Mechanical Fitting Supervisors:

• Full commitment to safe systems of work and ZERO HARM approach at all times
• Provide technical expertise to rectify issues/problems arising on the jobsite
• Interpretation of drawings, review construction methods and equipment as required
• Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and tools applicable to the area of work.
• Provide clear leadership to employees under your control including Fitters, Boilermakers, Riggers and Trades Assistants
• Ensure QA, Toolbox, JSAs and job status documentation is completed
• Ensure  job safety analysis’ (JSA), take 5 and hazard observations are completed
