• Site Foreman - $20m Residential Project - 75 Units
• Site Location - Punchbowl, NSW - Excavation Finished.
• Salary - $130k - $160k D.O.E - Immediate Start

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to work on a $20m apartment project in Punchbowl, NSW.

An established mid-tier builder/developer with 25 years experience in the industry, specialists in high end apartment construction and have a strong pipeline of future developments. 

Opportunity to work on a project from the beginning as excavation has just finished, career progression into Site Management for the next stages on the same site.  

In this position, you will report directly into the Site Manager and your duties will include, but not be limited to;

• The day-to-day running of the construction site;
• OH&S / site safety management
• Management of site labour
• Can read and interpret plans and drawings
• Working with the Site Manager to meet project deadlines to the construction programme
• Client liaison
• Site Setting Out
• Drive the sub-contractors for project delivery in line with programme while maintaining strong relations.

Suitable candidates will possess the following;

• Ideally coming from an Apprentice Carpentry / Carpentry background
• Will currently be or have recently been working for a residential builder as a sub-foreman / site foreman.
• Will have worked on residential construction projects such as high rise or medium density jobs from site establishment through to completion.
• Will have worked for mid-tier and tier-2 builders in Australia
• A high regard for OH&S Management.
• Will be available to start at short notice.
