The Opportunity
Total Commercial Maintenance (TCM) are dedicated to safety for all, the satisfaction of their clients and fostering a culture to embraces work life balance. With a variety of repeat clients and varying projects, TCM have created a successful brand by committing their business to healthy and lasting relationships. With the acquisition of more projects and further growth within the business, they are looking for a Site Supervisor/Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
In this exciting dual role, you will have the chance to further your exisiting Site Supervisory experience, whilst also getting involved in Project Management and Estimating. Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to on-site carpentry and general building works, project management, quoting small building works, supervising staff, sub-contractors and small building projects, take off's and material ordering and ensuring compliance of relevant safety legislation and WHS procedures. This is a varied role, encompassing elements of Site Management, Project Management and Estimating. You will have the chance to be client facing and build further relationships for the business.
The Like Mind
It is essential you have a Supervisors License, White Card and trade qualification in either Carpentry or Shop Fitting. Experience in commercial fit outs and small construction projects will ensure you can hit the ground running and experience in Excel and Microsoft Project will be highly advantageous. WHS procedure experience, including JSA's and work method statements will also be favourable. You must be willing to obtain or already have a Police and DCSI Clearance.
