The company
 
The business is a well managed and successful construction group punching well above their weight. Having developed a solid reputation for high quality delivery the company works on a large amount of repeat business.
 
The position
 
After further successful project wins the business is looking for a CA to help them deliver. You will be helped and supported by an extremely experience management team who will make sure you succeed.
 
The person
 
You will currently be working as a Contracts Administrator and ideally have 3+ years experience. You will be driven, determined and focus on quality
The role will be mainly site based with regular progress meetings and head office. Reporting into the Project Manager duties will include:

• Budget control
• Management of construction contracts and negotiation
• Project financial reporting
• Progress claims and sub-contractor negotiation
• Contract variations and contract management
