An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor or estimator exists to work within a strong tier 2/3 commercial builder. The company have very strong representation here in Melbourne with Victoria at the forefront of their current growth.

The company have a wide variety of projects they tender on in both Design and Construct and hard money, across sectors including retail, industrial, Office building and diverse government projects.  As an estimator you will be experienced in working across a variety of projects of both size and scope and have a good footing within the new build sector, preferably having worked within a local company.
 
Candidates are sought with 5 years experience plus with relevant backgrounds in construction management, quantity surveying cost planning etc, who have experience pricing projects to $20M and who are interested in (or have) developed a career where they are comfortable taking lead roles or acting autonomously on projects. Candidates will require a competitive edge with strong communication and client facing skills and a demonstrated background in their sector.
