Your new company
My client is a well established builder developer based in Melbourne CBD. They have over 10 years experience in delivering Apartment, Aged Care and Commercial projects to the value of $20M. Due to a recently won project, they are looking for a Site Supervisor to deliver a $15M 90 bed aged care project in Swan Hill.

Your new role

• You will be responsible for conducting toolbox meetings, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met.
• Working alongside the General Manager to ensure the efficient management of day to day operations.
• Procure building materials, plant and equipment hire and effectively manage site resources.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor role in aged care/Commercial projects in Australia.
• You must have a degree relevant to Construction or a carpentry trade qualification.
• Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction or carpentry trade qualification.
• Experience as a Site Manager in the delivery of $5M+ Apartment projects is essential.
• Ability to achieve quality outcomes coupled with a can do attitude, through collaborative client based outcome solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
