A very highly regarded main contractor in Sydney who have key clients begging them to take on more work, this is a builder that has proven themselves to be a very viable option in the competitive Sydney market. As quality is at the forefront of everything they do, their growth is only limited by the aquisition of new talent and scaling the teams up well enough as not to compromise on the end result. Delivering a range of projects from a few sectors they can confidently tackle projects from $15m to $100m and have a senior team with an impressive portfolio from some of the leading Tier 1 and 2 firms. With a number of new projects awarded and the fact they are knocking back a stack of work, they require additional resources as they continue to grow and now need both a Contracts Administrator and a Project Manager.
YOU
You are either an established Project Manager who can hit a live site and run with it or you are an experienced Contracts Administrator or Project Engineer who is looking to prove yourself and take the next step up into a Project Manager role. You are confident in manning a $25m residential apartment project that is a luxury waterfront development and have the eye for detail to ensure successful delivery of luxury finishes. With some junior/cadet level support you are able to manage contractual/financial and construction aspects of your project and report milestones back to your MD. You are a 'doer' not someone who is used to having a huge team around you and you are great at driving people & process in a positive, safe and quality focused way.
