Your new company
This project home builder is currently growing and looking for a pre-construction administrator with experience in the residential construction industry. This company is family run with a significant history in NSW, and has a brilliant reputation for industry leading low turnover and staff engagement.


Your new role
You will be responsible for the preparation of documents including development applications (DAs), construction certificates and CDCs. You will also be representing the company to clients by assisting with any queries, and following up with various stakeholders. Further, you will be responsible for supporting the flow of projects through the pre-construction process.


What you'll need to succeed
You have experience in the pre-construction process of new home builds, including lodging applications with councils such as DAs, CDCs, and CCs. Overall, you are a performance driven team player who provides great attention to detail in their work.
