The Opportunity

Beltrame understands that success is built on consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations, and they’re now seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team.
Your New Role
With a demand to price more work, Beltrame are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to be a part of the family. We're looking to engage an outstanding communicator with a strong ability to negotiate. Planning, preparation, coordination and executive of estimating tasks, will be a part of your daily responsibilities, through to pre-qualification, tenders and submissions. Experience in estimating a broad scope of works including road infrastructure, underground utility infrastructure, concrete construction, bulk earthworks and road maintenance will ensure success in your new role. With a solid knowledge of the Adelaide market, your experience across Civil Estimating and working knowledge of design and construct projects will see you hit the ground running with Beltrame Civil.
The Like Mind
Extensive experience (5 years+) in Civil Estimating, as well as tertiary qualifications and a solid understanding of the South Australian market, is vital to succeed in this role. You will possess a professional outlook and be willing to go the extra mile. Confidence in your literacy and numeracy is paramount, and you will be an excellent communicator. Sound interpersonal and negotiating skills, coupled with strong industry contacts, will hold you in high regard. You will be a keen problem solver and possess a honed eye for detail.
