ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be responsible for all on site acitivities for commercial fitout and refurb projects in a commercial space on projects from $500k to $1m.
The opportunity is for someone that is available immediately. Our client will offer a great work/life balance with on-going learning and support.

• Support the control, administration and delivery of contracts to assist the Project Managers 
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with Suppliers and Sub-contractors
• Review proposal specifications and drawings
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Communication is key in this role as you will be the coordinator of subcontractors and suppliers. A strong understanding of specifications and drawing will be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and procedures are followed to my clients standards.
A proven ability to exceed KPI's and a trade qualification or Territary qualification would be preferred.
