Foreman | Architectural Homes | $110K - $120K + super

Specialising in architect designed new houses, quality renovations and extensions our client has built a reputations as one of the best builders on the North Shore and Central Coast

They are now looking to hire a full time Site Foreman to take a hands on approach in delivering 2 x $1M new builds

The role:

• Supervise trades & scheduling of work
• Manage jobs from peg out to handover
• Take the lead in a hands on role - you will be expected to do work on the tools
• Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Resolve any problems on site

The requirements:

• A trade background in Carpentry/Building
• Previous experience supervising high end residential projects
• A background working on Architectural and Luxury homes is an advantage
• Experience supervising trades and running jobs from start to finish
• Time management and organisational skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skill
• A full driving license with own tools
