About the role:
- Working on high quality multi residential/commercial & community projects up to $10 million in value.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

- Work closely with the PM and on site construction team to deliver value
About you:
- A quality focused, detail driven & experienced Contracts Administrator working across a broad spectrum of projects including multi-residential, commercial & government sites.
- You have extensive hands on experience on site with contracts administration
- Passionate, focused and results-oriented, you are motivated by building strong connections with your team and providing outstanding service to your clients
- You will be able to demonstrate strong value engineering, negotiation, contract management and scope of work skills
