This leading national construction company is looking for several project managers to lead projects based in the Sydney area. These roles are available due to a number of successful tenders. Work alongside numerous highly successful construction managers, who will support your project team and career growth. This company is aware of the financial strength needed to be successful and therefore maintains a strong working capital.

The Opportunity

• Work on high-value commercial, industrial, aged care, education and health projects
• Lead a team of highly skilled contract administrators, project engineers and foremen
• Work with a national backed construction company based out of Sydney
• A chance to develop your skills to become a construction manager
• Salary based on previous experience

The Duties

• Work alongside various stakeholders within the business and fundamentally ensure the successful completion of all projects undertaken
• Leading the project teams and ensure the construction process is maintained
• Depending on experience, you will work on projects of different functions and value
• Coordinate the payment of progress claims and variations

The Experience Needed:

• Degree qualified in a related discipline i.e Construction Management
• 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
• A working knowledge of the Sydney construction market
• A strong safety record

The Person

Have you got the ability to handle multiple personalities and be able to push back when needed. You will be adaptable as you will work between the site and the office.
