Nobul has partnered with a respected, well known privately owned business based on the fringe of the CBD to identify a Project Manager who may be looking to develop their career by a move to greener pastures or someone simply looking to diversify into a range of different project types.
  
With the recent award of 2 new projects the business has a healthy spread of construction verticals. As a Project Manager with this business you will be supported & mentored.
  
Brief overview of the project:
Close proximity meaning commute between 2x sites is easy
Projects start in August
1x Aged Care & 1x Education (School)
Circa $20M each

Is this you?
A strong understanding of the QLD construction market
Recent and relevant experience working for a Tier Two builder
Evidence of tenure & sticking it out in your career
Minimum 2-3 years as a PM
5+ years as a CA prior looked upon favourably
