Our client is a boutique builder / developer who specialise within mixed use developments from $40mil to $100mil in value. The business looks after the complete building cycle from development to build to sales to facilties management making it a very financially strong business. With over $500mil of work secured and a pipeline which will go through to 2020 they have an immediate need for a Contracts Administrator.
 
The main requirements for this position are: 

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Building
• 1+ years experience on commercial build and or residential projects
• Successful track record working for a main contractor/builder  
• Sound understanding of construction practises
• Excellent administration, communication and IT skills

A salary package to the value of $80k is available, dependent upon experience.
