Our client is medium sized management consultancy company that focuses on end to end project management across major building and infrastructure projects for over 20 years.

Our client specializes in providing project management advice from project inception to completion including scope definition, feasibility studies, design, cost control and project delivery.

Reporting into the Associate Director you will be an integral part of the project team responsible for delivery a portfolio of large scale health and education projects. Working on high profile sites you will be the Senior Project Manager providing professional advice throughout all stages of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Client and Stakeholder Management - Scope Definition, Business Case Development, Feasibility Studies, Consultant Engagement
• Design - Consultant Coordination, Design Management
• Reporting - Cost Reports, Progress Reports
• Cost Management - Cost Plans, budget management and contract administration
• Construction Delivery - Overseeing the head contractor during construction stages of the project

To be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager you will be expected to have:

• Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience working on projects $100mil +
• Extensive experience in managing complex projects, ideally within a similar consulting or building environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining key client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support/mentor junior project management staff.
• Advanced ability to plan, manage and deliver numerous projects.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
