About the Role

• Manage the project through to project completion
• Key point of contact with sub-contractors
• Coordinate all trades to ensure time and quality measures are met
• Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and also the client
• Ensure safety and presentation of site is above industry standard

 Your background

• Exposure to a foreman/site manager role or experienced carpenter looking to transition
• Ideally have previous experience in fit outs
• Illustrate ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Competent in administrative tasks, i.e. OH&S paperwork and other tracking of project progress

A privately owned design and construct fit out company who have been in operation for close to 20 years, specializing in commercial fit-out.  They complete projects up to $10 million, all of which are high end, quality builds. Their offices are in Richmond
