Experienced Structures Foreman needed for high-end resi builder. Deliver a mid-rise project in North Canberra.
Your new company
Hays is working with one of Canberra's finest residential builder. Initially a custom home builder, this company has expanded to building high-end townhouse developments and multi-storey apartment complexes. They have many projects in construction phase and it is common for their sites to be fully sold prior to completion. Due to the quality of the workmanship, my client now has a number of developers asking them to deliver their projects.
Your new role
As a Structures Foreman, you will:
- Be responsible for the initial phases of multi-storey developments;
- Work closely with the Site and Project Managers to set weekly build programs;
- Engage and work closely with subcontractors; and
- Oversee WHS practices on site.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven track record on multi-storey residential projects;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Thorough understanding of the construction industry and regulatory requirements;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environment and deliverables; and
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
