A local and dynamic civil infrastructure business are looking to add a Civil Project Manager to their established yet growing Client Side Project Management company.

With over 30 years of experience in the local market they have significant capability across a broad range of Engineering services. Their impressive portfolio of clients includes many Developers, Sydney Water, Tier 1, 2 and 3 contractors.

Due to steady and continuing growth in their business they are looking to appoint a Civil Project Manager to oversee projects in and around Sydney.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Project Engineer can include:

• Design management and coordination
• Client side Project Management
• Client coordination and liaison
• Site Establishment and planning
• Overseeing construction
• Site variation and design change

To be considered for the role of Project Manager you will require

• Relevant civil engineering qualifications
• Proven industry experience on civil engineering projects in Australia, ideally water and/or waste water up to $10 million
• The ability to report accurately & directly to Management
• Proven experience managing contractors and/or sub-contractors with programming and supervision
• Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
