Allstaff Australia is currently seeking an experienced Crew / Team Leader for infrastructure build-outs within a warehouse environment.

The Role

• Moorebank Location
• Resource planning, scheduling, training, communication, risk identification and mitigation
• Project execution and control activities, including: quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring and control, compliance management, performance reporting, exception management and communications
• Supervising teams of temporary workers
• Scheduling of staff and submitting staffing requests to HR or temporary staffing agencies
• Acting as the liaison between on-site client contacts, General Managers and participating in on-site client meetings, as required
• Working with the Project Manager or Site Lead to manage the health & safety protocols for the team on site

Requirements

• Experience supervising and motivating teams of workers to complete general labouring tasks
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in commercial build-outs
• Strong supervisory/ team lead skills; able to demonstrate good judgement when handling people related issues
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Project, Excel, Word, Outlook as well as construction software
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables to fixed deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good health and safety knowledge
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements for construction / installation
• Ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Current White Card
• First Aid Certificate desirable
