Your new role
- Management of the project team (CA, SM and Foreman)
- Design management and budget development
- Overseeing procurement and contracts management
- Cost control and project reporting
- Communicating with stakeholders across the project
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Project Manager role deliver jobs over $30M
- Construction management degree or equivalent experience in the construction sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions

- A salary package of between $190K-220K based on previous experience
