About the role
As a Smart Homes Estimator you will be working closely with our Senior Estimator and Building Manager in all duties. Main roles included are completing sales pricing, variations, rural/infill siteworks and contracts.

So what are we looking for
- Estimating experience – knowledge of residential building and construction methods.
- Excellent computer knowledge – proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF editing
- Excellent attention to detail – quality and checking is integral to the role.
- Be proficient - in reading and understanding plans and contractual documentation
- A team player - love a fun environment, relentless, who works hard and someone who values the opportunity to step forward
