About The Company
Our client is an established and professional residential building company with a diverse project portfolio. They specialise in housing and medium density projects to both the investor and owner occupier as well as partner with a number of high profile developers to deliver projects within the retirement living and special projects space.
About The Position
Due to this company's continued innovation in how to achieve best efficiency within each of their departments they have created a new position for a
- Monitor and distribute workflow through production estimating team.
- Finalise jobs declarations prior to site start
- Develop and mentor production estimating team and projects estimating department
- Report and monitor ETS reports to management on each company division
- Review and refine production estimating processes.
- Investigate errors and problem solving
Skills and Experience
To be considered you must demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 5 years Residential estimating experience
- Databuild experience highly regarded
- Ability to manage a department and achieve outcomes
- High level of problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to new systems
- Strong organisation skills
- Able to work in a high volume environment
