The position is Based in Rocklea QLD with Full or Part time, flexible office working hours. We are looking for the right person to coordinate residential building jobs.

To be considered for the position, you need to meet the following criteria.

Your qualifications and experience should include

Preferably formal studies towards Building related degree or Tafe diploma
Knowledge of relevant building terminology
Some building/construction experience

Your duties will include:

Communicating with our supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
Scheduling supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
Resolving with our customer's, construction related issues
Assist management and other staff with other tasks as required

Your skills should include:

Ability to read and interpret plans & Estimates
Strong time & self Management skills
Ability to identify & report complex issues
Ability to read & interpret relevant Standards & Codes
