My client is looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor who can look after the North West of Melbourne. This role includes looking after volume, custom and Townhouses and multi-unit developments.

The role includes:

Touch Ups
General maintenance of properties
Defects
Help with Hand Overs
Answer calls from clients and fix small issues
Run Programs and structures

The perfect candidate will come from a maintenance background and looking to work within a really well structured dynamic company and look to work on medium sized development projects.

A carpentry background is preferable and someone who has ran their own company and looked after multiple trades. You will be given a car and all the tools necessary to do all maintenance work.
