We are looking for a contract administrator who has recent experience working for a building company, completing HIA contracts. Working for this Development / Builder you will be primarily working with investor clients for House and Land contracts and apartment/townhouse contracts.
Based in the CBD Fringe, this professional organisation builds some iconic residential buildings around Brisbane. You will get to know each development, so you can speak knowledge to their clients and understand the different inclusions for the contract for each development.
You will need to have:
- Experience with HIA contracts
- A good understanding of the building process
- Attention to detail
- A commitment to customer service, both to their clients, and internally.
Clients range from owner/occupiers to individual investor to investment groups.
In addition to contracts management, you will need to update stock listings and update their CRM's. You will have your finger on the pulse of what is happening and proactively work with the clients to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
You will report on each project and ensure that progress payments are recorded and the correct administration completed on time.
