Your new role
- Report directly to some of the most experienced Project Managers in the industry
- Working onsite with your Project Manager and Site Team
- Responsible for the management and administration of all Commercial aspects of the project
- Responsible for procurement, compiling and presenting accurate cost reports
- Responsible for managing head contract and agreement for lease
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be degree qualified and have experience in the local Sydney market
- You will have between 5-8 years’ experience in a CA/Senior CA position
- Proven experience in the management of head contracts
- Ideally have a proven experience on projects in excess of $50M
- Strong communication and leadership skills
