ABOUT THE COMPANY.
  
This boutique project management consultancy has a strong relationship with a large corporate body, with a steady flow of projects in the pipeline. The team specialises in office fit-out, residential, commercial, and industrial projects for a long list of established Clients. 
 
ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will work on secondment for this company's long term prestigious Client and take ownership of a large office fit-out portfolio. This position is a 6 month fixed term contract with a potential for extension dependent on the situation after the initial 6 months. 

DUTIES.
  • Client management and consultation 
  • Preparing the business case 
  • Contracts administration and tendering
  • Cost control and cost reporting 
  • Design management and delivery of projects
  • Project programming 
  • Staff relocations of Client's offices
  • Post construction duties
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor of Construction Management or property related qualification
  • 2+ years local experience 
  • Previous office fit-out experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous project management consultancy experience is favourable
