Your new company
Hays is working with a leading commercial builder who specialise within medium to large retail projects. This business has been operating for 30 years and have recently been named one of the top 100 places to work across all industries in Australia
Your new role
Due to a number a large projects wins, with the most recent being a $30 million shopping centre extension, the business is now looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team. This will be an office based position located in a CBD location with parking.
The role will be working on a range of retail projects that include fit out, refurb, large build and extensions.
What you'll need to successful
To be successful in your application you will have previous experience on retail projects. You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications or have worked your way from a trade and have a minimum of 5 years contracts experience.
You will be able to build strong relationships with both clients and sub-contractors, you will have a keen eye for detail and knowledge with contracts.
