About the role:
  
A SHAPE Site Foreman assists with all on-site activities including our commitment to safety and ensuring our projects are perfectly delivered. As part of your responsibilities you will: 

• Develop an understanding of the scope, contract and project time frames in conjunction with the Site Manager.
• Assist with establishing the site in accordance with relevant Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
• Assist with induction of subcontractors and site employees.
• Assist Site Manager with the delivery of daily & fortnightly programmes.
• Assist with coordination of trades and sequencing of work.
• Assist with management of subcontractors and staff, ensuring quality and safety.
• Record daily site activities in site diary.
• Assist and coordinate defect rectification. 

What we are looking for?
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be able to demonstrate: 

• Demonstrated communication, leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Trade and/or Safety Qualifications.
• Experience as a Leading Hand or equivalent with-in the building industry.
• Flexibility, adaptability and being able to problem solve.
• MS Office: Project, Work, Excel and Outlook.  

Please note this position is initially on a contract basis for 6-12 months.
