Established for over 15 years, my client has grown to become one the premier 2nd Tier builders in Australia. Having increased turnover significantly in the past 5 years, they are continuing to take on larger and more complex projects as part of their growth. At present, apartments are a big part of their work, but they also cover institutional, commercial offices and retail projects valued to over $100m.
The Role
1. Having recently won a $100m + apartment complex on the CBD fringe they now require a Structure Foreman to oversee the massive footprint of two buildings.
2. With another major apartment project coming to the finishes stage, they also require an experienced Finishes Foreman to join their team.
You
With a construction related degree or trade background, you will have 5+ years experience working as a Foreman on commercial projects valued in excess of $50m +.
It is expected that you will have a strong work ethic, and a team & safety first approach will be essential to be successful in the role.
Successful candidates will be rewarded with a salary in the region of $130k - $170k +, and could accommodate an immediate start.
