Aspect Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager with “Airport Experience” for an exciting fit out & refurb business who deliver small to large projects.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded business offering the potential to join and grow into a key member of an exciting, growing company.

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for:

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to hand over
• Deliver projects in accordance to Building regulations and company standards
• Implement company project delivery systems
• Manage WHS&E
• Manage financial responsibility for projects
• Project performance management
• Manage tender interviews & letting of contracts
• Generate construction programmes

The role is offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high quality projects; ranging in value from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 across numerous sectors on Melbourne Airport

• Successful Airport Fit-out & Refurb Experience – You will be expected to perform your job autonomously so working in a similar role previously is essential.
• Ambition – Our client is looking for someone who will relish stepping into a management position when required.
• Technical Knowledge – you should have a strong understanding of project management & be able to interpret construction drawings - this would preferably be compounded by a tertiary qualification or a trade background.
