Construction Supervisor - Sydney - Homes

Construction Supervisor required to cover multiple projects in the North Sydney Region.

Due to a continued business expansion, this company are now looking to recruit a Construction Supervisor to take care of operations in the Sydney Region

You will be responsible for leading a professional and energetic team, driving construction time lines forward.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing overall build performance against key performance indicators
• Ensure customer service levels remain a top priority throughout the build process
• Maximise workflow efficiency through systems, processes and procedures
• Keep on top of cost and project management within your area of operation
• Allocation of materials and trades to site in line with project requirement 
• Liaise with customers and councils on the project

Solid experience experience in the project homes building industry is essential as are the following:

• Demonstrable leadership skills which has resulted in the development of others
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A clear customer service ethic
• A solid understanding of building regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of OH&S 
• A tertiary qualification in Building / Construction or Trade Certificate
