About the role:
We have an opportunity for an enthusiatic individual to join our team as a Project Manager based in Sydney. As the successful candidate, you will be a motivated individual willing to develop strong project management, leadership and communication skills. You will work within a dynamic and successful team with an impressive client list and with the support of a strong management structure. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our new installation projects to ensure that the project is achieved on time and on budget, whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
 
Key accountabilities for the role include:

• Providing detailed schedules and contract management for projects from initiation to delivery
• Management of our installation teams to ensure that project milestones are met
• Reporting on, assessing and analysing project performance and taking appropriate action to prevent overruns
• Positive and pro-active financial management of projects to budget and delivery times
• Effective and timely communication to all key stakeholders regarding technical information, resolution of issues and achievement of project milestones

What we are looking for:
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or associated degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management, negotiation and influencing skills
• Self-motivation and high levels of energy and enthusiasm
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, environment and customer relationships

Previous people management and leadership skills  in addition to a high-level understanding of forecasting, budgeting and contract administration will be highly regarded.
