The Company

The Role
You will be assisting with the delivery of a large medium density project in Marsden Park. Working alongside an experienced Site Manager and General Foreman you will be:
- Daily supervision of the construction site including site personnel, sub-contractors and incoming inspection of goods.
- This role will see you responsible for the finishes and building schedules.
- Prepare construction programmes with site personnel and status weekly.
- Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work.
- Organise Client inspections
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Finishes Foreman on multi-unit residential or medium density residential.
- Experience with managing trades, labour and various contractors is a must
- Proven experience dealing with OH&S issues on site would be ideal
- Must have good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Strong eye for detail
