SITE MANAGER | BASEMENTS | HIGH END HOME BUILDER | BAYSIDE/INNER URBAN METRO MELBOURNE

ABOUT
My client are a High End Home Builder whose business is focused in the Central & Bayside region.

They are currently seeking to bring on board an experienced Site Manager with High End building experience, ideally with exposure to basements to join their team on a permanent basis.

OPPORTUNITY
You will report into the Building Manager and work within a team of 4 Supervisors to deliver High End Homes ranging from $1Million to $3.5 + Million

You will receive the support needed to focus on delivering quality builds and hand over the clients dream home.

DUTIES

Supervising all work carried out on 1 – 2 High End Builds with basements
Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents.
Negotiating with sub-contractors and coordinating their presence on site.
Scheduling and coordinating trades on job sites
Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery
Be the main point of contact for clients on site.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Tertiary or trade qualification in building and construction or similar discipline.
Previous experience in a similar role with experience delivering High End Homes, Ideally with basement experience.
Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
A technical understanding of all facets of the building process
Holder of a White card.

SALARY
$90,000 - $120,000 + Super + Car
