We currently have a requirement for a Contracts Administrator to support us on a JV project; the role will initially commence in the Brisbane office but will transition to a 3 / 1 rotation on a fixed-term contract.
The role will play an integral part of our project team, having a proven background in a similar role to hit the ground running is a necessity to work in this fast paced role.
Current opportunities Include:
- Provide specialist assistance and support for the set-up of contracts
- Support the Project team to achieve contractual obligations and desired project objectives
- Reviewing, negotiation and administration of contracts
- Manage the implementation of new contracts processes and system upgrades through effective communication and training programs across all project structures.
- Administration of contracts in a timely manner
- General administration of subcontract packages including review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
- Management and tracking of project expenditure.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working within an EPCM environment with expertise in contracts management
- The ability to meet the challenge of tight deadlines
- Relevant commercial or contracts administration experience
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills to communicate well with various stakeholders throughout all stages of the project.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
