About the role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a highly experienced Civil Supervisor in Perth for various projects around WA. The role will involve some site travel and will be occasionally required to spend swings on site. You will bring with you demonstrated experience in EPCM and have a strong 'Can-Do' attitude to lead the construction of the facility while leading and assisting the large construction team. Applicants must be willing to travel and spend time away from home for periods of time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and record civil defects.
- Deliver detailed scope packages via sub contractors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality and safety improvements.
- Provide construction schedules and cost updates.
- Manage the safety and performance of sub contractors.
Skills and Experience:
- 5-10 years experience in civil construction.
- Extensive experience determining life expectancies of road pavements, drainage and civil structures.
- Competent with all site related HSE matters.
- Advanced communication skills.
- High levels of time management skills.
- The ability to plan and schedule contractors and sub contractors.
Requirments:
- Open C Class drivers license
- Ability to work in various locations
- Available for an immediate start
