Production Estimator required for highly regarded southern Gold Coast Residential Builder
Your new company
This privately owned and award winning residential builder has been successfully operating on the Gold Coast and northern NSW rivers region for over 20 years. With a solid pipeline of projects and steady company growth, they are recruiting for a Production Estimator to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all production estimating, including creating BOQs, variations, and issuing orders to suppliers. You will be liaising with suppliers, construction supervisors, and the drafting and design team. Builds are predominately investment and custom home builds from $400 - $700K.
What you'll need to succeed
You have experience in estimation similar residential home builder. You have also used IT systems such as DataBuild and have a good grasp of Microsoft Office. Beyond that, you are a motivated detail oriented employee with a focus on teamwork.
