Excellent opportunity for experienced HSE / Safety Advisors to join Zenviron and work on major Wind Farm Projects in Victoria.
Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous (7000 employees) and ZEM Energy and provides engineering, procurement and construction services to the renewable energy sector in Australia and New Zealand.
Zenviron designs and constructs major Wind and Solar Farms throughout Australia and is continuing to develop a strong reputation in the market.
About the role: We are currently seeking applications from experienced HSE Advisors for a major wind farm project in Victoria (DIDO or FIFO).

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Diploma or tertiary qualification in OHS
- Relevant (site based) industry experience as a Safety / HSE Advisor Experience Co-ordinating HSE advisors through subcontractor management
- Extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards
- Developing and implementing HSE risk management plans
- Demonstrated experience in behaviour based safety programs
- Assitinging in the delivery of toolbox meetings
- Conducting internal HSE inspections and audits; and
- Coordinating and delivering HSE training

Essentially, you will have a proven track record in fostering a safety first work culture, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish work relationships both internally and externally
