The Organisation and the Role
Be part of one of Gold Coast's busiest builders! This company is a well-established, highly reputable construction firm with an enviable portfolio of high-profile developments in a wide range of markets, including leisure, retail, commercial, and residential sectors.
Due to newly secured contracts, they are now seeking a Project Manager to deliver some of their upcoming projects. You will be given complete autonomy over your projects, leading a team to complete them on time and with the high quality that the company is known for, and will be reporting directly to the Construction Director.
Your Skills, Qualities & Experience
- Previous experience in Project Management, ideally in the apartment/residential space
- Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Demonstrated ability in seeing projects to completion, working within the specified timeline and budget
- Effective leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and presentation
