The Company:

We are a privately owned property development, construction and investment company, structured to provide integrated property solutions where we acquire, develop, build, market and lease our development and investment projects with a long term strategy to build our portfolio across Residential, Commercial and Retail sectors.

Our business is growing and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver, end to end, projects of all sizes within our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• End to end project management of external builders on all sized projects
• Contract procurement and administration
• Tendering and quoting
• Procurement process, coordinating with subcontractors and liaising with site teams
• Manage the project costing close to budget through avoiding scope creep, efficient workflow and subcontractor negotiation
• Ensure reports to Directors are regular, accurate and timely
• Ensure all relevant permits and licences are held
• Enhance the company brand and reputation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline is preferred but not essential
• Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management and/or Quantity Surveying
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing and adhering to budgets

The successful person will be someone who is willing to go the distance to ensure every project is delivered successfully and can work both autonomously and within a team.
