A builder who have been established for 25 years who operate in every state of Australia are known for delivering Commercial and Industrial projects from a value of $1M to $130M
  
The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the tier 2 category delivering commercial/industrial projects are in need of a Project Manager to join their team in Brisbane in their fit out and refurbishment arm.

Their Brisbane operation has an excellent reputation in the industry and boast to have one of the best current staff retention rates in Brisbane.
 
As a Project Manager you will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $600M and have an attractive working environment. They will see this is a long term appointment so having stability on your CV is essential.
 
This is a great career move for someone who is looking to join a builder who rarely have the need to recruit at this level because of their staff retention rate.
 
To be successful for this role of Project manager you will need:

• A completed Construction Management degree
• Experience with a well-known builder
• A strong Commercial background
• fitout/refurb and new build will be considered 
• Able to manage and lead a large team
• Good communicator
• Ability to maintain client relationships
• Ability to multitask
