About the Role 
You will be the sole estimator and be working closely with the Contract Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Takeoffs and production of BOQs for tenders
• Completion of tender documents
• Liase with client representatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Read and interpret plans

This is your chance to grow your own team and implement whatever software you are most comfortable with. 

 About you

• 3+ years commercial experience - specifically with structures 
• Highly analytical and well organised
• Experienced at using Excel
• Eye for detail and sequencing of works
• Be willing to take initiative and demonstrate leader
